Cursed NPC with no options, can only drag, can’t even delete

I click on him and all it does it want to uncontrollably drag him around the screen, no behavior options, no option to scrap/delete the character altogether or anything, all he wants to do is drag. How do I “kill” this character out of level so I can start his script again, or should I just have him die in the story and stop using? (not what I wanted to do but I have no choice) it’s one NPC in particular, it’s the elf with the green du-rag
